PRODUCT INFORMATION
Tubular membrane is made from the membrane casting solution through being casted on glass fiber synthetic paper, nonwoven cloth, plastic or stainless steel support body with diameter of 5-25mm and length of 0.3-6m. A plastic or SS housing filled with membrane constitutes membrane module. Driven by transmembrane pressure, water and small molecules will be penetrated, big molecules are collected.
Advantages
1. The only acid-alkali resistant organic tubular membrane in China, pH range is 0 to 14.
2. Braced membrane module adds more practical applications to tubular membrane, easy to disassemble and can be used repeatedly.
3. Open channel, fouling resistant, can apply to high-viscosity and high-solid liquid system.
4. Good flux recovery after cleaning.
5. High separation accuracy with narrow pore size distribution.
6. Good physical mechanical capability, unbreakable.
