Product Overview
KAIMI's Sanitary Tubular Membrane is for providing the most effective juice clarification process for various types of fruit juices, using ½”membrane tube diameters can be designed with different component diameters and lengths. Sanitary tubular membrane is mainly used for filtering light or dark colored fruit juices, ensuring that only turbidity is removed while maintaining color, flavor, and aroma; Including apple, pear, peach, orange, lemon, cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry juice, etc.
There are mainly two types: One is polysulfone (PSF) visualization membrane housing, which is transparent and visible during processing; One is a removable stainless steel (SS) housing in which membrane cores can be sustainably replaced. Therefore, they can meet the membranes replacement needs of different fruit juice factories. Currently, KAIMI has successfully provided replacement membranes and equipment services for major fruit juice factories in the world.

Ultrafiltration(UF) can intercept soluble large macromolecular organic substances(such as proteins, polymer material, oils, polysaccharides, etc.) and colloidal particles. Other micromolecular substances, such as soluble salts, monosaccharides, oligosaccharides sugar and organic acids can pass through membrane. KAIMI self-designed sanitary membrane ultrafiltraion system complies with food hygiene standards, all components are safe and reliable.
