Application Overview


Decentralized wastewater treatment systems are an integrated and efficient point source sewage treatment equipment. The water volume for one-time treatment can provide 100-20000m3/d, especially suitable for various scales of dispersed urban sewage, rural sewage, river water purification, point source sewage, and emergency wastewater treatment. Its internal design is modular, which can achieve functional combinations of modular units based on different water quality, purification requirements, and actual on-site conditions.

The treatment system mainly applies the world advanced Submerged Hollow Fiber MBR System and facultative FBBR (fixed-bed bio-film) patented technology to constructing closed or semi-closed integrated equipment with different functions.

1. High and stable quality of water output: the filtration accuracy of MBR membrane module is up to 30nm, and the rate of permeate suspension and turbidity are close to zero;

2. Membrane elements with high mechanical strength, great antifouling performance and long service life;

3. The concentration of microorganisms in the bioreactor is 2~3 times higher than conventional technology, up to 8000 mg/L;

4. The membrane module has a high packing density and small footprint, can save the construction land by 30-50% compared to conventional technology;
