2002

Establishment

Finished registration and sited in Maqun Technology Park, established long-term strategic cooperation with Kovalus Separation Solutions, LLC (KSS).

2003-2007

Growth

Successfully developed membrane separation system in printing ink wastewater treatment industry, which reached world advanced level. Developed and successfully sold more than 200 sets of UFStarTM juice ultrafiltration system, with the market share of over 95% .

2008-2010

Breakthrough

A new company base was landed in Maqun Science and Technology Park. Automatic production lines of organic tubular membrane and inorganic ceramic membrane were built to be in line with international GMP standards.

2011-2012

Transformation

After 10 years elaboration, KAIMI achieved significant strategic transformation, successfully established Jiangsu KAIMI membrane technology Co., ltd from the restructuring of Nanjing KAIMI . Being affirmed as National High-Tech Enterprise, KAIMI successfully developed Dual-membrane Separation System and applied in wastewater treatment for petrochemical industry.

2013-2014

Opportunity

Program "Industrialization of 200,000 square meters annual output of membrane and equipment" was included in 2013 government environmental protection program and gained government financial support.

2015-2016

Development

Officially started STAR Market Listing process and established 10 billion RMB PPP fund, achieved a significant development in KAIMI' s history.

2017-2019

Leap

Established long-term strategic cooperation with China Everbright Water Ltd. KAIMI MBR system has been widely applied to government projects and awarded with many government honors.

2020-2022

Innovation

Successfully transformed from traditional equipment manufacturing enterprise into service-oriented manufacturing enterprise, opened up market of the decentralized wastewater treatment.

KAIMI is awarded as National High-tech Enterprise, owning more than 90 patented technologies regarding membrane separation materials, products, modules and applications. 8 membrane products obtained “high-tech products” title or are included in new technologies catalogue by Jiangsu Provincial Economy and Information Technology Commission. ISO9001, ISO28001 and ISO14001 management systems are thoroughly enforced in KAIMI for realizing zero defect product. After inspected by NSF, KAIMI ’s Sanitary Membrane Module has met the FDA(Food and Drug Administration) medical and pharmaceutical standards. Equipped with Environmental Protection Engineering Professional Contracting Grade I Qualification, wastewater treatment qualifications and over 16 years of experience, KAIMI has continuously undertaken large-scale wastewater treatment projects.
