Application Overview


Oil exploration industry takes a large number of oil impurities re-injection into the reservoir after purification treatment to ensure the formation of the osmotic pressure, while the produced water with poor biodegradability and changed water quality, contains large amounts of suspended particles and a variety of additives. The traditional “oil separation-coagulation-filtration” wastewater treatment has been difficult to achieve the re-injection standards. Oily wastewater treatment using MBR technology, first applies biochemical treatment of special bacteria. Then, using tubular membrane separation, the sludge concentration in bioreactor has a long residence time, can effectively degrade organics. At the same time,  micro-organisms, bacteria and suspended particles were completely retained through tubular membrane cross-flow filtration process, the permeate can achieve the oily produced water reuse standards.

Advantages


1. Equipment highly integrated, small footprint, strong impact resistance.

2. High flux, is 6 to 10 times more than submerged MBR.

3. Independent running, high degree of automation.

4. Membrane is unbreakable, easy to replace, not easy to clog and has long service life.

5. High concentration of activated sludge improves removal effect of organic material; high ammonia removal rate.

6. Suspended solids and turbidity close to zero, therefore filtered water can be reused directly.

7. Backwash is not required, only periodic chemical cleaning, CIP is easy and convenient.

8. Reliable operation, easy to clean.
