Seaweed Submerged Hollow Fiber Membrane Module --- A KSS Product


The core technology of Submerged MBR is the external pressure type hollow fiber membrane, the pore size is 0.05μm, can retain various types of suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, bacteria and viruses and other impurities.

Membrane stiffener design, unique superior membrane with high strength internal wire stiffener, can effectively prevent membrane damage.

Applied seaweed structure design into the module. The membranes are only fasten completely at the bottom , while the top is sealed and membranes are free to swing. Water was drawn out of the membrane by the vacuum bump, solid impurities are effectively kept out of the membrane.

The basic unit of membrane module is the membrane component with the aeration device. A number of such membrane components in a row to form a smallest membrane module. There are also some wire fence to prevent the membrane from tipping  over during the operation or cleaning.
